This has been a problem for me...

Basically the back of my penis's head is green. I don't 100% know if this is bad but im guessing it's not normal. As far as I can remember I've had this since 10 maybe forever but 10 was the first time I rememered it I believe. It was just after I was getting changed from swimming in the lake.

And in grade 8 when I was uhh horny? I stupidly used gel to make it slide fast. I don't think I washed it off very well and it stuck on to my penis. For a week or so it was very painful and I eventually got the major dried gel off from taking a hot bath. Although two grades later it still has been on it and it's really a pain (not physically) but I wan't it off.

Idk what to do please help.

Also when my penis isn't erect it's kind of small but when erect it's 7"..
