Q: Small spots on penis

Have got a few small spots exactly the same as the one in this picture:-

Only problem is the forum the pic has been posted in is in french??

Anyone know what they are and what i should do?

they are just fordyce spots. they are totally normal. i dont think every single guy has them, but a lot certainly do. it's the same as having freckles or something! it is not a disease or anything, you don't need to do anything about it.
