Q: pH testing??

Hey everyone,

A friend of mine recently suggested that I start using
ph strips to test my urine and/or saliva. Has anyone ever done this? I may be a bit cynical, but my friend swears by it.

Extremely eHealthy

pH testing for what? What is your friend looking for? If he thinks he is prone to kidney stones this may be of some value but pH testing the urine and saliva is of little value.
