You could likely bleed or spot, and it could last awhile.

WHY are you stopping so soon? It takes 1-3 months for your body to adjust to hormonal birth control, so sometimes you have to wait out side effects.

If you think birth control hormonal side effects are bad, PREGNANCY hormonal side effects are 10 TIMES worse.

Trust me, I know.

Stopping BC now will mean that you can ovulate ANYTIME, so you are at risk for pregnancy ASAP after stopping the pill.

Okay, unless you are like vomiting uncontrollably or having some other completely intolerable affect, in which that case you should still see your doctor before you stop taking your birth control, you need to continue. I've been through like 4 brands of b/c and am just now finding the one that seems to work well for me. Trust me, just as Clairfairy said, the side effects will go away with time.

If you decide to stop your pills right now you will have withdrawl bleeding. When I had to stop mine for about a week I was in hell. I was bleeding so heavily that I was beginning to panic and this is coming from someone who is on birth control because my periods were already super heavy before. Do not stop taking them. That is my advice.
