Each month, mid cycle, I get a pain in the middle of my chest, roughly where the heart is. I can actually pin point the pain with one finger and it hurts if I press it. The pain usually lasts about an hour and then goes completely and is only present late in the evening. My breathing and pulse rate are fine and I don't have any other symptoms. I came off the pill about 2 years ago and am definitely not pregnant and the pain definitely only happens the same time each month (I've kept a diary note of it for the last couple of months but I can't remember when the pain first started although it's definitely fairly recent)

Any ideas? Is it heart related?
