palms , fingers and feet are dry and itchy

This is going to sound like I am crazy but my palms and fingers(also feet) are so dry and itchy that I cannot stand to touch almost anything, especially dry and rough things! When I do, all my teeth ache and I get the feeling of chalk squeaking on a blackboard. It is a horrible feeling. Am I losing it or has anyone else ever experienced this? Help please!
