Q: MRI report shows disc bulging

hello here it goes L4-L5 mild discogenic disease/disc desiccation as evidenced by loss of T2 signal and some loss of disc height. There is diffuse broad-based posterior disc bulging, mildly effacing the ventral thecal sac. Mild bilateral facet arthropathy is present.
