Q: breakout issues around chin

During puberty and teens, I had mild acne, but for some reason it's been resurfacing lately. And I feel too old for this! Should I be seeing my derm? Or is there any good over the counter stuff I can snag and try to fix this. It usually aggregates around my chin. Bleh.
