If I was to explain my problems it will read exactly what yours says, but mine is on the right side. My nuts have been sagging for one week(heavier on the right), I'm waiting for an ultra sound next thursday. The pains are in a grippng type of sensasion on my sack as well as having lower back pain. I also have really stinky gas
I thought for the longest time that my vasectomy was causing the pains and the strange characteristics to my tube

I have had the exact same problem since I was a kid (as the guy in the first post). I had a physical several years ago, and the doctor told me it wasn't something I needed to worry about, and told me what it was, but I forgot and I'm trying to figure out again.

I'm no professional but from past experience and research it could definitely be a varicocele. This is basically varicous veins in your testicles. Our testicle tubes, known as the epididymis are generally quite thick and veiny feeling. I don't think you have to be worried about cancer, cancer in the scrotum almost always is a hard painless lump on the testicle. I can only say go to the doctors, but to me it sounds most like a varicocele. Is it causing you any pain? because a varicocele can cause your testicle/s to ache a little, but if the testicle is swollen or sore when touched then it may be an infection. Don't be scared of the doctors, it really isn't embarrassing for you or the doctor to have your tackle checked!

swollenball, go to the doctors, you may have a testicle infection or epididymitis and a course of antibiotics could cure you in a week.

I've got something similar wrong with me, as well as lumps on my left testicle and pain in my groin and both of them... I've had an ultrasound and apparently I'm OK, and I've been on antibiotics for epididymitis which has made the pain less severe and much less frequent but hasn't helped with the swelling. The ultrasound would (hopefully) have picked up any cancer, and it's not hernia apparently or even cysts. I haven't got a clue what is wrong and the doctors don't seem concerned, so I guess for now I've got to live with it :\

Varicocele
It is called a varicocele. I am 17 and have one above my left testicle. I got an ultrasound by my doctor and its not cancerous or anything just looks weird... I could have surgery if it causes pain or infertility but Im just going to let it be to avoid any complications from surgery.

Dude thank god I found this post. I have had the same thing, on my left nut too. I always said it felt like spaghetti in my bean bag haha. I've had it for years but didn't want to get it checked by a doctor cuz it doesn't hurt at all and I didn't want to have my family pay for the surgery if needed. I have only told my girlfriend about it besides this post. But yeah who wants to talk about their balls to everyone too? It's alright on the internet though cuz its anonymous. I also thought it might be a hernia but I heard that they hurt and mine doesn't at all so I guess its good, but annoying to feeling like a got spaghetti swingin' around my penis...

I have exactly the same thing. It seems like the veins leading to my left testicle are mixed up. I tried to touch the connection point between the veins and the testicle and i touch a small lump (or at least). It doesn't cause any pain but there are situations where pain is caused when i sit on chair with my legs crossed or when i wear tight jeans.

Any ideas of this is? i have it since i remember my self but never checked it with my doctor..

Same issue here, too. Left testicle has always been higher up I think, but since I started getting quite bad pains, im sure it seems even higher and more forward. Also, the tube feel much more swollen on that side.
I saw a Dr who gave me antibiotics which seemed to help a little but, but the pain is coming back again.
I'd love to fix it, but dont hold much hope. I sounds like one you 'get' it (maybe through too much muasterbation or just unlucky genetics?) then you can't fix it without surgery, which, often leaves other complications! Pain medication for the rest of out lives? Im only 22!!! grrrrrrrr

Im 23 and have been to three different doctors for the same thing, all say nothing to worry about they give me meds and it goes away, then it comes back, one doctor told me its from holding my urine. However idk why it keeps coming back, a good friend of mine had testicular cancer and passed away because it spread so quick, so thats always on the back of my mind. Im goingo to the doctor again and asking for an ultrasound.

I have exactly the same thing but on both sides. The tubes are very hard, twisted and bumpy which sometimes leads to a dull ache in that area. I was worried for years (shouldn't have left it that long i know) before going to get it checked. The doctor diagnosed me with Varicoceles as described in the thread above. Even after that i wasn't convinced as 6 months later the bumps seemed worse so i asked to be referred to a specialist for an ultra sound. I had this done and the specialist said the same as the doctor and that i had nothing to worry about. The doctor checks and the ultra sound are both quick, painless and not embarrassing at all. These people deal with these things every day and think nothing of it. Just know you're not alone, it's pretty common but to be sure, GET CHECKED!! better safe than sorry. Good luck guys.

Wow wow. On both of them that could ruin the fact that u could have kiids becouse when u have that twisted tubes your balls can't. Move they are stuck in oone place and for sperm to reproduce they need to have the perfect temperture your balls drop when it is hott they move away from the body becouse there is heat and when its cold they move close to the body so yours will always be to hot becouse they won't move

For the last 2 and half months I have be peeing alot and when I go to push it really hurts! I saw my doctor and he said I have a UTI and put me some tabelts, but now I have noticed that my testicals keep changing size and one will be higher then the other then the next day they will be the other way round (in height). Now I can also feel a lump/bump bits in the veins that go into my right testical and it really hurts!
I have only been on the tablets for a week after finaly getting them after 2 months of moaning at the doctors, so could it be that the tablets are fighting the infection or is it something worse!? I am seeing my GP tomorrow to tell him everything!
Not sure if it something that runs in the family but my mum did have bowel cancer, and it's that that terrifies me!

This is my own recent story for any blokes reading who are concerned about a lump in the tube leading to the testicle.

I'm 27 and about 6 weeks ago I discovered a very small lump in the tube connecting to my left testicle, it is right on the point of connection to the testicle. The lump is slightly hard and feels a perfect sphere, like a ball bearing which I can feel and manipulate from nearly all angles.

Obviously I was very worried but went to my GP who tried to reassure me and sent me to the hospital for a check up with a specialist at the Urology department.

The guy felt around and said he thought it was an epididymal cyst but wanted an ultrasound to be sure. Which I received the following week to confirm that is what it is. These cysts are very common and nothing to worry about unless it becomes large or painful, in which case they can removed.

From my initial GP to the ultrasound took about 3-4 weeks and involved no pain or nothing intrusive whatsoever.

I was clearly very worried throughout this time and it came as a huge relief when I got the results.

All I can say is if anybody is reading this and is even slightly concerned, you really must go to see the GP!!!

Hopefully this will have a positive impact and either reassure or prompt a healthy check up!

i have a similar problem, all the tubes that go from my groin to the testicle are thick and clump on the left side as oppose to the right side which is fine, makes my left ball hang down lower,
for some odd reason i can only feel the lumps (squidgy) when i stand up if i lay down they go
like weird :S
