my left testicle tube thing, that provides the sperm is really different to my other one, its swollen and like jelly like and bumpy like its twisted together and got vains and stuff growing on it..
ive had this for about since i can remember and might have got worse but ive never really thought it was a problem
my left testicle now hangs about a 1cm lower than my other one and my scrotum is saggy because of the weight of it

im so scared it might be cancerous or something
you guys got any advice please as to what this may be???

If I was to explain my problems it will read exactly what yours says, but mine is on the right side. My nuts have been sagging for one week(heavier on the right), I'm waiting for an ultra sound next thursday. The pains are in a grippng type of sensasion on my sack as well as having lower back pain. I also have really stinky gas
I thought for the longest time that my vasectomy was causing the pains and the strange characteristics to my tube

I have had the exact same problem since I was a kid (as the guy in the first post). I had a physical several years ago, and the doctor told me it wasn't something I needed to worry about, and told me what it was, but I forgot and I'm trying to figure out again.

i have a dull acheing pain in both testicles which causes them to swell and the tubes, the pain also comes from the area just above the penis, this does not happen all the time jus maybe once a month or so.

I'm no professional but from past experience and research it could definitely be a varicocele. This is basically varicous veins in your testicles. Our testicle tubes, known as the epididymis are generally quite thick and veiny feeling. I don't think you have to be worried about cancer, cancer in the scrotum almost always is a hard painless lump on the testicle. I can only say go to the doctors, but to me it sounds most like a varicocele. Is it causing you any pain? because a varicocele can cause your testicle/s to ache a little, but if the testicle is swollen or sore when touched then it may be an infection. Don't be scared of the doctors, it really isn't embarrassing for you or the doctor to have your tackle checked!

swollenball, go to the doctors, you may have a testicle infection or epididymitis and a course of antibiotics could cure you in a week.
