i am now almost 31 weeks pregnant and last
night laying in bed i had breast milk pour
right out of my breast is this normal.. i
have never had that with my first...

That is not breast milk, it is colostrum.
Breast milk will not come in until after
baby has suckled for a few days.
This can be normal in a second pregnancy.
You might want to invest in some breast
pads. Also, bring it up with your doctor
at your next appointment if you are
concerned.

You will have a little discharge, but it
shouldn't be "pouring" out. More of a
minor "leak" is normal. You didn't have
as much of an issue on your first because
at this point in your first pregnancy your
breasts were still developing and had
never produced milk or colostrum before.
Now that it's "old hat" for your breasts,
it's pretty common to have more fluid
coming from your breasts on a second
pregnancy.
