I Deserve A Medal

Ok I'm bored and I saw this was made like
a year ago, so I thought I'd make a new
one.
I deserve a medal because:
1. I gave birth to Dante...unmedicated
too.
2. I didn't go ballistic on my father
today on the phone when he told me I was
lazy.
3. I'm still going to school full time and
only have 3 more semesters left.
4. I try to be the best fiance and mother
both my boys could have.
5. I don't kill my family when they talk
bad about me being with a mexican
"Thomas".
Why do you deserve a medal?

Why in the world did he call you lazy?
You sound pretty busy to me!
I really don't deserve a medal right now.
No wait, I just thought of one. I didn't
homicide my step mother when I was
younger, lol!

I deserve a medal because...
1. I gave birth to a surviving 13 ounce
baby and haven't lost my mind!
2. I put up with Ryan's crap day in and
day out!
3. I can clean, visit the baby, do
laundry, run errands and pay bills all in
one day without leaving anything out!
4. I'm the best fiance and mother I can be
10 times over.
5. just because I'm
ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and dangit I
deserve one!

I deserve a medal because....
I just made the best darn banana bread
ever!!!
I am an excellent mother and wife
I am a great friend and would do anything
for you
I gave my aunt an amazing gift by donating
my eggs
I graduated from college even though it
was extremely hard to do being a single
mom without much help from anyone.

I deserve a medal because I wake up with a
smile on my face
& I don't let bullshit get
in the way of my love & respect &
duties to son.
I deserve a medal because for once in my
life,
I feel really, really good about myself.

I deserve a medal because
*No matter how much bad stuff is thrown my
way I still have a big smile on my face
for my kids
*I gave birth to a beautiful little girl
who became an angel
*For the last three years I have worked
from home and struggled on hardly any
money just so i could be with my kids
*I am going back to college to do
childcare so that the hours will fit in
with school time and I can spend as much
time with my kids as possible
*I have survived death, divorce, poverty,
loneliness and boredom yet I am still here
and fighting!

I deserve a medal because...
I've struggled with a painful illness
since I was 12 and not given up fighting
it.
I survived the horrific birth of my son
when I was only 17.
I got through being homeless for the first
year of my sons life.
I've raised my son as a single parent for
almost 5 years.
I accepted my responsibilities as a mum at
a very young age, and took to being a mum
immediately and on my own.
