Deja-vu* And yes, it's most likely that you are simply remembering places and events in your dreams that you have seen elsewhere but don't consciously remember, and then when you experience them when you're awake, you get that eerie sense you've been there before.

As for your great nan being a witch... so what? Being pagan isn't evil you know.

Absolutely not... pretty much everyone on the planet will experience deja vu at least once in their lifetime.

Maybe you're poking through a travel guide. You see a bridge. Several years later, you are traveling and walk over the same bridge or perhaps a similar one. You don't remember seeing the picture of it in that guide. But for some reason, you feel like you've been here...

That's all deja vu is Smile Totally harmless memories from our unconscious!!

From what I know, anxiety disorders are best cured not with medicine persay, but with therapy to get to the root of what causes your anxiety and helping you work through those issues. Sure, the doctors can just hook you up on some pills that turn you into a walking vegetable, always zoned out... but who wants THAT?

That's not to say a milder medicine can help you to relax a LITTLE so that therapy can be successful. It's really learning to combine medication and therapy to get the best results.
