Q: negative ana, low c3/c4

I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia for 5 years, but i have many symptoms of lupus. i asked my doctor to screen for lupus, again, and with the many other tests he ordered, he included ana. that came back negative, but my c3/c4 complement were low, my lymphocytes/monocytes were low, my alkaline phosphate is low and my vitamin d is very low.

i received a lab test in the mail to be done in 4 months (when i'm done with the vitamin d prescription). it has a test for calcium and vitamin d, of course, but includes the following tests:

ds DNA
SSA/SSB
c3/c4
ENA panel (Smith RNP)

i looked those tests up. ds DNA, SSA/SSB, ENA panel are all tests for autoimmune disorders. if my ANA came back negative, why do all these other tests? and why in four months, not now?

i can't ever get my doctor on the phone, just his nurse (who has all the patience and empathy of a prison guard) and i'm terrified. please help.
