Given the negative pregnancy test, it seems that you are probably not pregnant. Creamy vaginal discharge is not a sign of pregnancy. Lack of an expected menstrual period, however, is the first serious sign of pregnancy. In your case, lack of your menstrual period could be due to the recent usage of the depo-shot hormonal contraception. A missed period(s) is/are an expected side effect when you stop using depo shot contraception. The body usually needs several months to establish normal ovulation and menstruation. You can wait for a few months to see what will happen and then consult a gynecologist to follow up.
