what would cause the top of both of my feet to bed red swollen and itchy no other sysmptoms

According to the symptoms you report (red, swollen and itchy feet), you could be experiencing some type of inflammation. Inflammation can be due to various conditions such as skin infection, joint disorders, vascular disorders, etc. You'll need a physical examination, inspection and palpation from your GP and/or a dermatologist in order to identify a precise diagnosis.
