When listening to music, certain note combinations (i.e certain chords) create a buzzing in my right ear. One weird thing i need to point out is that odd enough - the buzz doesn't get stronger if i turn the volume up.

I am seeing a doctor right now. I already did a hearing test (that showed i'm not losing my hearing) and the timpanometry showed my right ear drum is a little loose, but the doc says that has nothing to do with my condition. I really would appreciate another opinion as the doctor I'm seeing seems he doesn't have a clue what it is, and the situation seems to be getting worse - Now there are also some notes that produce the same response on my left ear, and my right ear is getting worse (I'm a musician so I remember what chords make the buzz and check it on the piano everyday).
