Q: lost sugar pill

Yesterday I lost a green pill, so what i did is took next day's pill (still the green or sugar pill) to make up for it. so now today, i won't have a sugar pill to take. then tomorrow, i'll be starting a new pack already..... I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO! pkease anyone help me!

The sugar pills DO NOT matter, they are just for reminder sot hat you keep in the habit of remembering to take a pill.

You can skip a sugar pill, because it does not do anything.

Start your new pack of pills on the usual time you should normally start them.

I never bothered taking my sugar pills. I could remember "Oh, next Tuesday I start a new pack" and never forgot.
