this friday i was playing a pick-up game of football after school. Everything was going fine until a bigger (much bigger) kid tackled me. He grabbed me by the neck and jumped on me. I heard my back crack but didnt think much of it, but when i started to run the pain wouldn't go away. Its in the mid-section to lower part of my back, and it hurts whenever i bounce (Climb stairs, run, jump) or changed positions (bend over, stand up, or roll when i sleep) I'm really nervous cuz im only 13 and a permant back problem would be horrific.
I was wondering if you guys could tell me any stretches that would work.
