my mother is 45 years old having a breathing problem it triggers by doing some works like walking fast washing cloths riding on stairs. she shows adverse effect when takes tabs like crocin , disprin , vovoran ,brufen to reduce its reactions i used to give avil 50mg stat she takes nemusulide for pain and fever and for breathlessness prednisolone. pls advise me what tests to go and some breathing exersises

Well, can you visit an ENT specialist? Or perhaps a respiratory / lung specialist? I think that the first step would be to visit your family doctor. Do you have health insurance /coverage?
