Q: dizziness with nausea, earaches, and fatigue

Symptoms:
Dizzy, light headed spells, nausea, ear aches, trouble breathing, fatigue and my hands feel like, tingly and they won't work right and at times hurt really bad. I don't know what it is, I'm 3000 km from home and I'm scared...
Google isn't coming up with anything, I have a Dr's appointment soon, but in the meantime... Help? Sad
