I am new at this but I really need your help.
I broke my right foot in december and since then my life has changed completely. I don't have pain in my foot so much as my hips and back.
Right after a took my cast of I start getting this pain that started in the center of my lower back all the way to my left hip .It was terrible I couldn't even get out of the bed. My friend suggests chiropractor.The chiropractor told me that my left hips was dislocated and since then i've had major pain every other week from my back to both of my hips.
He said that i'm trying to compensated on one side. What should I do? I can't stand it any more. Please heeellpp>
