Q: Little lumps on the botton of testicles.

I have been having pains and aches in my testicles for about 2 months now.I went to the docotr and he examined me and said he could feel no lumps or swelling and said i did not have cancer.

But under both testicles there is lots of little bumps and i dont think they are attached to the testicle.I can pull them of my testicle and it feels like a little sack full with rice or something.

Is this normal?

Regards
