Q: pregnant after anal ?

ok, so i havent gotten my period yet... its only been two days since i was supposed to get it, but i dont have any of my usual pms signs...
the biggest sign is usually that my brests get bigger and really tender, but they havent.
i went to the teen clinic on thursday and they tested me out of procedure and i wasnt pregnant. me and my bf had unprotected anal sex, but i wouldnt let him finish inside of me. to finish he put on a condom and finished normally in my vagina. durring the anal his penis slipped down once and touched my vagina, but only the outside and very briefly. i think that if anything got on my vagina it was lube. but idk.
i took the pill for two days before it made me really sick at the beginning of the month. i took it the sixth and the seventh of january.
would the bc effect when i got my period even after only 2 days?
and do you ladies think im safe/not pregnant?
im really worried. i dont want anything to happen.
please help.

anything is possible, but i think the chances are very slim as long as the condom was used right. although you did not take the BC long enough for it to be effective in preventing pregnancy, i think it's still possible that it could have caused your period to be late. if you're worried you can wait and take a test. in the mean time, i'd try not to freak out too much cause it's probably not very likely that you're pregnant

Take a pregnancy test. No one can tell you what your chance of being pregnant is.

should i take a test like one from a store? or go to the doctor and get tested? the unprotected was on friday of last week.. it isnt too early to tell or anything??

i think you have to wait a few more days... i believe it's like a week after you should have gotten your period, but i'm not sure. you can just buy one from the store, they're just as accurate as tests at the doctors office. i think different brands differ in how long you have to wait to test, you might want to look into that.

Just being anxious is enough to cause your period to be late. Relax. In a day or 2 get a pregnancy test at the store and test your urine. Odds are that you are not pregnant if a condom was used.

Don't think you are, but wait a couple days and take a test. And stop worrying, like antigone said that alone can make your period late in some people. And next month make sure you take your pills so you don't have to worry! Smile

ok, so i got my period today... YAY!
but its alot lighter than usual so far, and i dont have a very heavy period to begin with. earlier when i wiped after using the restroom it was almost like it was a mix of blood and clear discharge.
maybe im still just paranoid bout this whole thing and im noticing things that i normally wouldnt notice, or that arent significant at all.
im supposed to start nuvaring today, and im kinda grossed out about having to put it into my vagina while im bleeding. Confused
