I was in a coma for a few hours about a month ago and my brain was severely bleeding and I was wondering if it would be bad for me if I smoked marijuana. I know my doctors told me to quit smoking and drinking and I was wondering if it was the same for smoking pot. I'm feeling almost back to normal now and should be going back to work in a week.

You should definitely stop smoking anything and everything as the doctors ordered. You had a lucky recovery and since you are feeling ok now, there's not time like the present to take charge of your life and being healthy.
