Q: painful acidic urination and seed-like object in skin

I hope somebody can help me with this...

For quite a while now, I have noticed two recurring problems with my penis.

One: Sometimes (out of the blue), I will have painful, acidic urination. I'm not sure whether it's caused by drinking too much orange juice/acidic drinks, or if I have a more serious problem. When this does occur (every few weeks or so), a small portion on the backside, directly under the head of my penis turns red.

Two: This one has unfortunately disturbed me twice. About a year ago, I noticed a hole... or pore... on the same spot that I described above. I could also make out a "seed-like object" near the skin. I successfully - yet painfully - extracted the "seed" from the pore. This was frightening to me. I examined it. It was off-white/yellowish in color and hard-but-flexable. The size was no more than 2mm.
I recently examined the same hole (which is apparently permanent) and discovered the same "seed".

Are these normal, or do I have some sort of uncurable issue?

Please help.
