Q: Breast Milk Shelf Life

Does anyone know how long breast milk is good for at room temp, refrigerator and freezer? I've had to start pumping because I've not been well and daddy's been taking care of Brina mostly. I want her to get my milk so I'm trying my best to do so. Any comments or help would be appreciated.

That might be slightly off from what Iwas going to say but its pretty darn close! I'd go with that.. however I don't know if i'd leave it at room temp that long, that just seems gross ha!
