I have tried Bach's Rescue Remedy and did not feel much of a difference. I like chamomile tea, maybe its in my head but I think that helps
I have eliminated most caffeine and watch the sugar

Although I have read about Kava kava and others I am nervous to try them. Anyone have good experience with these or others?

I find that chammomile tea helps me de-stress as well...it's one of my favorite nightime drinks.
To acompany that, you could combine Rosemary, Oregano and Tyme for a destessing bath. Just steep these herbs into some boiling water for a while and then dump them into your tub...or just put all of them in a mesh bag and plop it right into your hot bathwater.
I went to a lecture on herbs the other night and learned that Ginger actually acts as a mild anti-depressant..i know your asking about anxiety, but i'd think it might help with anxiety...
Just grate up a bit of ginger and combine that with 8 ounces of water for tea.

I'm glad you posted this question cause this is something i have been wondering about as well.
