how far along were you in pregnancy before back and neck pain... my friend was 2 weeks and 3 days when she started feeling pain in her neck and back... she was told this is due to your body changing and preparing for a baby... is this possible?

The neck pain and back pain can be pregnancy related because of the hormonal changes, but I think it's a little too early to feel anything this early. Stress and fatigue are the more likely culprits unless she did a mechanical no no.

If it's an ache that she feels, warm compresses will help relieve the ache, but if she feels sharp pains or tingling, then she should use cold compresses and see a chiropractor. Nipping pinched nerves problems in the bud is crucial for maintaining a healthy body during pregnancy.
