Did you mean low CD4 count?
Have you been diagnosed like HIV positive already?

HI JSAVAGE
THE NORMAL CD4 COUNT SHOULD BE ANYTHING FROM 1500 AND ABOVE BUT FOR HIV PEOPLE IT DEPENDTS ON YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM THERE'S SOME POS PPL WITH THE CD4 OF 1500 AND 500 - 350 IS STILL A GOOD COUNT IF YOU ARE POS. IF IT GETS TO 200 IT'S SAID TO BE STAGE 4 THE LAST STAGE WHERE YOU CAN DIAGNOSED WITH AIDS AND YOU ARE MOST LIKELY TO BE ATTACKED BY OI'S
Opportunistic infections LIKE TB,PNEUMONIA AND MENENGITIS...ETC

My CD4 count got down to 25...but I slowly came back and thank God am doing good. I now have a T cell count of 554!!! So even though I went from HIV to AIDS it is OK, that doesn't mean I am dying. I am still living and getting stronger and better. Fortunately I never got the pneumonia or any thing...I was very sick for awhile but have gotten much better...lucky and blessed.

CD4 counts give your doctor a good idea of how much damage HIV has done to your immune system (CD4 cells or T-cells are a key part of body's disease-fighting defenses)
The lower your CD4 count, the greater your chances of getting a number of very serious diseases. When your CD4 count is below 200, the risk of illness becomes severe.
