Q: bumpy rash butt

I am a 20 year old female, sexually active with one parter for the past 4 years. I have what feels like a bumpy rash on the inside of my buttock, on the fleshiest part. It itches like ingrown hairs but there seems to be a burning sensation as well. Any advice?
