Grace has not stopped crying since we picked her up from stephens parents place!!!!That was nearly 5 hours ago.

They spoil her too much i think! cause the same thing happened last time they had her!!!!His mum said that she was fine all day.

she doesnt have a temperature.
I've fed her
changed her bum a number of times.
I thought she might have gas but she has done a couple of random burps.
and she's been farting like a trooper!

I know its not good but i've had to put down and walk away for a moment.

hang on a minute............(listens) she has stopped crying!!! yes thank good ness for that!!!How long it will last only time will tell!!

It is impossible to 'spoil' such a young baby. It sounds like she does have gas if she is farting. That is her little body trying to get rid of it.

i'm feeling a little hostility but thats cool!!! Smile your entitled to your opinion.

The silence didnt last for long so i gave her another bottle and she did 2 HUGE burps and few big farts and she's been pretty good since then. So you were right about the gas problem!!

Stephens home from work now so he's trying to get her to go to sleep. Stress level have decreased!! yes

Shocked no hostility! It is a common misconception that alot of people have. So I was just letting you know so your mother can carrying on doting on her without worry of spoiling her Wink

That's great that she's feeling better now. i have been there with both mine screaming at the top of their lungs at 3am- not fun Sad

I understand- it's hard being a parent! One thing I did NOT want my kids having is a dummy (pacifier) yet my grandparents got Layla onto one. It took a LONG time to wean her off it.

Ugh my mom did that too Becky. It took me weeks to fight to get Jay of her Nukky, and that was with her as an infant!

But she's right Shar, you can't spoil Grace until she's a little older. Right now, when she cries she needs comfort and attention... when she's older she'll want it and will try to manipulate you by crying, but now she's just crying because she needs her momma!
