Q: Penis Shape Change

My erect penis has changed shape over the past year. It used to be the normal full shaft, but now the last inch or so is indented on both sides and the head turns to the side a little. I don't feel any bumps or lumps anywhere. Everything seems to work fine sexually - this seems to be mainly an appearance issue. Has anyone else experienced this, or is it anything to be concerned about? I am 54, so could it be an aging thing? I would much prefer that it looked like it used to.

Re:
There is a very good chance this has to do with aging. I am sure your health condition is fine and I personally wouldn't worry about the shape.

As long as you know how to use it, it doesn't matter [much] what it looks like, as they say. I doubt there is much you can do, but the good news is that your health is most likely just fine.

Any questions?

i'm just your age (54) and in recent months have noticed the very same thing you're experiencing, and in the very same spots as well. I have no idea what causes this, but since we're the same age, I suspect the aging process does probably have something to do with it. I've engaged in no different sexual practices and have handled my equipment in a normal way. Like you, i've noticed no difference in functionality so i'm opting to just pay it no mind. Everything works just fine (well, even better than ever, truth to tell). Let's just be glad of that. I know tons of people our age who have to rely on drugs, hormone therapies (testosterone patches and injections) and other involved stuff just to be able to have a normal sex life. Having a couple of little dents in your corposae cavernosae pales by comparison. I suspect it's just another example of human imperfection and the march of time.

Penis Shape Change
It's been about a year since I first posted my message. Things are about the same, but the curve now is a little up also. It's still worrisome to me, but I hesitate to see a doctor, and don't know if it's necessary. It's interesting that yours changed shape too, so maybe it is fairly normal at our age. My erections are definitely not as firm as before, but that's probably an aging issue also. I hope other people will post their experiences.

Now Curving Upward
I am 50, going on 51, all my life my erection has been long, hard, and straight, within the last 4 months it has devolped an extreme upward curve. It is as hard as ever, have a 30 year old wife to keep it that way. It just seems that it is trying to grow longer but the skin won't let it or either the muscles need to stretch more. Wasn't sure if it was from a medical problem or due to age or from the vacsestamy 4 years ago, but from reading other posts guess it's from normal age. Would be nice to get an answer from someone in the know for sure, you know one of those male things.
