When I break out or get a rash, usually from changes in weather, I wear a honey mask for a few days and everything clears up. It is quite amazing and a cheap remedy. I simply wash my face and then apply honey to my face and leave it on for about 15-20 minutes.

Sometimes when I get a zit, I put honey on it before I go to bed, this can get sticky, but usually the zit is almost gone or at the least dramatically reduced by morning.

I swear by honey, it works great on break outs or skin rashes.

Yes, honey, the sweet honey, the one you eat.

It works wonders on the skin. Great for acne, rashes or skin irritations and redness.

Trust me, it works awesome. You don't need to spend mucho dinero, just go out and buy some honey. I buy raw natural or organic honey, but any form is fine.
