I am a 30FF with some sagging and "deflation" from a 40lb weight loss. Is it possible to have my breasts reduced and have implants that would make me a 30D? I don't just want a reduction because I prefer the look and "perkiness" of implants. Is this combination possible? Internet searches are turning up nothing!
