Does anyone out there have this. This is
my diagnosis. If so what are you doing?
I would appreciate any help. My knees
are getting a lot worse. Thanks

Osgood Schlatter Posted: 10-17-04 19:34pm
Well, I had osgood schlatter. I went to a
really good specialtist in houston, tx. I
got os from dancing. I didn't have
advanced os, but I did have os. I had to
stop dancing, do some physical therapy,
and wear a knee brace. Rest is really
what helped my os. At first it was hard
to stop all my activities, but my physical
therapist gave me exercises to keep my
strength. I went through a couple of knee
braces, all of them suggested by my
doctor, because I eventually found I was
allergic to neoprine. But I even tually
found a knee brace that was neoprine-free
and worked for me. If you don't have a
knee brace, I would suggest looking into
that. I also would say if you don't see a
specialtist, find one! Hope I helped.

Well I was reading about osd. The main
treatement for osd is rest to the affected
knee. Either this given by plaster or
brace. For some people either of these
treatment willhelp to cure. Remember
