i can get erections fine when im at home alone , or masturbating ..but when im with a girl i always worrie that i wont be able to get an erection ..and that stops me from getting 1 ..i cant concentrate on the girl only about getting an erection ...any help plz !!! soon lol

Maybe a penis pump surgical implant would help.

Have you been convicted to a disease STD or sexually transmitted disease? that could be one of the factors why you experience that kind of problem. Personally speaking, I had an STD especifically the gonorrhea at the age of 21, I guess this is the reason why my penis is not working anymore but I haven't gone to a doctor for a consultation because I am very much afraid and the same time very much ashame to the result of his diagnosis.
