I don't think there's anything that will completely "ged rid" of oily skin, but there are some things you can do to reduce it.

I have oily skin myself. I wash my face with an oil-free face wash (the Neutrogena brand is really good) and then I use astringent. I also use an oil-free moisturizer. I do these steps (face wash, astringent, moisturizer) twice a day and it seems to really help.
