Q: hand pain when gripping objects

I have hand pain when holding the phone, a fork, or other objects that require a grip. My fork has been known to fly across the table while I'm eating...
Is the hand pain MS related, or something else? Does anyone else experience this?

hand pain
I have severe tendonitis that comes and goes. My fingers/thumbs take turns swelling up and it is excruciating to use my hands at these times. sound familiar?
