Ok. So I was laying / sitting in a really bad position in my computer chair one day for probably over an hour. It was one of those stupid massage chairs, and I had a pillow under me and there was a massage ball putting pressure on my tailbone(i think). Its the part of my back about the area of the top of my pelvis that feels like its rounded, about an inch to the side of my spine. Anyway, since that day my lower back has been hurting non stop and there is a sharp pain if I push or put any pressure on that part of the bone. It seems as though it is worse in the morning when I get up and subsides a bit if I stretch my back and massage the area and deal with the initial pain. Taking advil(ibuprofen) significantly improves it almost to the point where I don't feel it at all. This has been going on for over a month now and am unsure of what to do about it. My mattress isn't the best, i am getting a new one soon. I typically feel the pain when I walk or bend over a bit. It does not extend down at all, is primarily right in the lower back in that one spot and it seems to be slowly effecting the other side of my back as a result.

Any insight would be great.

Thanks!
