Doctors cannot recommend or prescribe pharmaceutical medicines because all the tests you took had negative results. You might try testing for the presence of Helicobacter pillory and then seek treatment via "triple therapy". Helicobacter pillory infections can cause gastritis, which might explain your digestive symptoms. But such an infection can’t explain the other symptoms you describe such as tiredness, sleepiness, joint and muscle pains, headache, etc. Those symptoms can be due to a variety of other conditions including psychiatric conditions such as anxiety and depression. Virginity or lack of sexual experience can also contribute to these symptoms.
