seeing the future ?
Posted: 01-30-08 01:24am

You are going to think I am absolutely nuts, but here it goes.

I can tell the future. Not directly, but accidentally. I can't just say "This is going to happen on XXX at XX:XX. I'll say things, and then forget about them, but then somehow, that is fulfilled. Kinda hard to understand, so here is a few examples.

1.) I had a really good friend in grade school. He lived with his mother in Kansas. His father lived in Indiana, and they were not close, at all. His mother was really all he had. One day, I was just thinking about random things, and I thought,

"Wow, wouldn't that suck if his mom died? He would have nowhere to go". A month or so later, his mother was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, and died shortly after. As soon as I heard the bad news, that thought that I had had earlier shot back into my mind.

Did I predict this? Did I cause this to happen?

2.) I used to get a ride home from another friends mom. She would pick up my friends older brother, and my older brother from the highschool, and then come pick us up at the grade school, and then take us home. His mom made the comment,

"This is my last year doing this. Next year XX will be taking you to school"

XX was a fairly wild kid, and I thought to myself,

"Oh god, I would do anything to not have to ride in a car with him behind the wheel"

5 months later, he was found dead in his room. He had had an epileptic seizure, and died in his sleep.

3.) One of my brothers friends had got his pilots license. There was a concert they wanted to go to in another state, and they thought that they would fly a plane to the airport, and then take a cab to the show. The lineup was My brother, his friend with the pilots license, his dad (also with a pilots license), and 2 other friends. My brother could not pay the fee for renting the plane, so he decided not to go. A thought shot into my head,

"At least he won't be there when the plane goes down".

I don't know what made me think that. It was just this thought that popped into my head, as if someone had placed it in my mind.

The night that they were flying to the concert, the plane went down over a field. The boy and his father both were killed, and his 2 friends were severely injured.

This doesn't always happen with large things, like death. It can happen to little things too. Here is one that happened today.

I was sitting in US History spacing out after I finished my test. I was thinking about what I was going to do with my brother when he came home from college on the next break. There are a bunch of bronze statues downtown, so I thought we might go check them out. And image popped into my head of my brother posing with one of the statues, kissing it.

3 hours later, in chemistry, someone was showing me their photos that they took when they went to Washington D.C. this last weekend. We were flipping through the photos, and then I saw a picture of her posing, kissing a bronze statue in D.C.

Am I crazy? Things like this happen all the time.

Is it happening for a reason? Is there some greater force that is putting these thoughts into my head? Why?

This probably sounds fabricated to you, and I don't blame you. If someone else were telling me this, I would laugh it off and call their bluff.

To tell you the truth, if there is something that is telling me these things, I am not sure that I want to know. I am scared that this is not fiction, scared of what they are telling me is the truth. I hope they will tell me the answers in my sleep, because I don't know if I can take it.

Woah, ok then, well thats very interesting. I dont know really what to say now lol!!
but I read every bit of what you wrote carefully and Its very hard to believe this.
but I do believe it, I believe you are speaking the truth & that this is not you going nuts at all lol!!!
well, reading this I have to consider all sorts of reasons why this may be happening.
and one reason is Spiritual gifts - like psychics & mediums have their own gift, and you may have another type of gift that is very rare!
or you may be cursed - I'm sorry to say this but its true & very possible indeed!!
because seeing the future - mainly bad things happening, is very extra-ordinary
and should be thought about carefully!!
maybe it would be helpfull if you visit a psychic reader, and ask for help in your situation.

This is very serious & needs some attention, does anyone else eg. your family know about this???
It would help if you tell someone else and see what they think about this.
Good luck!! Razz

I haven't told anyone else about it. I told one of my friends once, and she thought I was crazy, and I haven't talked to her since.

Another thing happened today.

I was sitting in 5th hour, which is English. I really wasn't looking forward to practice today because I had been sick, and I was out of shape. I thought "How cool would it be if there was a huge fire, and we didn't have practice".

In 7th hour, the fire alarms went off 15 minutes before school let out. They are adding on a new gym to my school, and some of the equipment caught fire.

Things like this happen at least once a day. I can recall a few days in which this has happened so many times a day, I grew afraid to think, because what if I thought something bad, and it came true?

Also, sidenote, I predicted that Carrie Underwood would win American Idol, based off of my knowledge that she was hot.

Last night, I had a weird dream. I don't remember much of it, but it involved me climbing a mountain to speak with some higher entity at the top. When I got there, I woke up. I couldn't move my arms or legs. I was just frozen on my bed. I couldn't move a single muscle. At the foot of my bed, I saw this tall black figure, that almost reached the ceiling. He walked around my bed. I followed him with my eyes. He then began to eminate a blue aura, and sat down beside me. I felt somewhat comfortable.

It leaned down, as if it was whispering into my ear. It said something to the effect of:

"Its not too late. There is still time."

I am attributing the sleep paralysis that comes along with my mild form of narcolepsy. Several times I have woken up, unable to speak, or move. NEVER was this accompanied by the large figure. I decided to give him a name. "Big John".

And then he dissapeared, and I fell back to sleep. I woke up at 3 o'clock standing in the middle of my kitchen this morning. I don't know how I got there, but I went down to bed.

In third hour today, I was taking a nap on the floor, because I wasn't playing the percussion ensemble they were working on. I was resting my head in my hands, behind the racks of chairs, far away from the people and music. I felt something on the side of my head, but I thought it was just one of my friends messing with me. All of the sudden, I hear this voice. It didn't sound like I was making it up, but rather, somone had yelled into my ear. It yelled:

"WAKE UP!" and then my arms gave out from under me and I fell down. I sprang up, to look to see who had yelled at me, but they were all doing homework, or playing music.

What is going on?

Wow, this is amazing - it really is... I feel this isnt anything to do with mental health or anything like that. I feel this is to do with a spiritual entity trying to reach out to you - now you will think im weird huh? LOL!!
I had english today - last lesson 5th lesson so I just gotta ask what city & country ur from. just to be sure if its my school or not lol. Smile probably not anyways
this is very serious as i said before, simply coz ur not supposed to be knowing things from the fufure!! and that black figure that came to you and the words "its not too late, there is still time" are facinating. I think these words have deep meaning. whoever or whatever that figure is it must be something that is warning you, so I will ask you to take this as a warning from the figure.
Bur ofcourse there could be some reasonable explanation for all of this - like hallousinations & voices and such. but I believe your eyes are not playing tricks on you with this info... Well, its not really surprising that ur friend thought that lol. but I believe you and I want to help you with this. I need you to tell someone eg. a trusted adult. and if that black figure ever visits you again if you can possibly move ur mouth, then plz reply to the figure asking why you are having these experiences?

Keep replying to me reguarly k? Razz
Good luck

I had another dream last night. It wasn't sleep paralysis, but it was a lucid dream. It started when I was in my room, sleeping on my bed. I heard the words, gently, "Wake up".

I opened my eyes, and big john was standing in front of me. I sat up on my bed, and looked at him.

His head turned down towards me, and he said "Let me show you something" in a calm voice.

I blanked out, and when I came back to, we were in outer space, looking at the world from a distance.

He whispered into my ear:

"Watch."

Right before my eyes, I saw the destruction of the world. Explosions everywhere. Flames, rubble, and mayhem covered the earth. For 30 seconds, the world was hell.

And then nothing. I tried to ask him what was going on, but my mouth could not move.

He was looking at the earth as he said: "What if I were to tell you something, something that is true, but you would never believe? The world is in your hands. You control the destiny of the entire world. It is under your control. You control it, and your surroundings.

Only you have the power to save the world"

I blanked out again. We were back in my room again. He went to my wall, and turned back at me and said "Its not too late. There is still time" and then walked through the wall.

I don't remember my dreams usually, but I remember every vivid detail about it.

I don't know what to make of what he said to me.

I can't reply to him. I suffer from sleep paralysis. When you sleep, your body secrets a hormone that paralyzes you temporarily so you do not act out your dreams. I have a mild form of narcolepsy, so it wakes me up in the middle of my sleep, and the hormone is still in my system, rendering my body useless.

I found this...

Narcolepsy is a malfunction of the sleep/wake regulating system in the brain which until recently was of unknown origin. Its most common manifestation is Excessive Daytime Sleepiness and sleep attacks

The other conspicuous symptom is a sudden loss of muscular control triggered by amusement, anger or excitement which is called cataplexy.

Other symptoms of Narcolepsy are:

Temporary paralysis on falling asleep or awakening (sleep paralysis).

Hallucinations - vivid images or sounds - on falling asleep or awakening (Hypnagogic and hypnopompic hallucinations respectively).

Moments (but sometimes extended periods) of trance-like behaviour in which routine activities are continued on "auto-pilot" (Automatic behaviour).

Interruption of night-time sleep by frequent waking periods, marked by quickening of the heart rate, over-alertness, hot flushes, agitation, and an intense craving for sweets.

Have you been diagnosed with narcolepsy, coz it could be that-it states that narcolepsy causes vivid Hallucinations & voices, over alertness and when you dont realize it your body does the routine things you would usually do. so that would explain alot of the signs you are having.
this could be just all your imagination & the narcolepsy, but I dont know. Have you told your doctor about any of this? but on the other hand-if this isnt your narcolepsy then the things that "big john" said to you are pretty meaningfull.
well, if you believe that all this is true, then you should go see someone who would be trained in this kinda stuff-like maybe go speak to a preist or something-I maybe wrong here but If this all is true then its very serious indeed.

but it could be narcolepsy, have you actually been diagnosed with narcolepsy
& sleep paralysis?

You don't get diagnosed with sleep paralysis.

Like I said before, I have been diagnosed with a mild form of narcolepsy.

Even if the "hallucinations" were in fact due to my sleep paralysis, it doesn't explain why what big john tells me actually happens.

Yeah, I get what you are saying about how what big john says comes true. but it just seems kinda odd - like this kinda thing doesnt happen every day.
Hmm, well I do think you need to tell someone who knows about this stuff though!!
but I dont think you are causing this in any way, you cant make something happen, its just fate i guess. but what big john tells you he already knows it will come true.
whoever or whatever big john is-he knows the future for some reason!!

is there any time that you can see a priest?

Hi theres a site called spiritualblessing.org. It's a good site and people may be able to help you there. That last one really got me. That thought that popped into your head about the plane going down. sounded more than a coincidense to me. you're probably psychic and you should learn how to develop this special gift you've been given.

You questioned something being your fault and did you make it happen. Absolutey not, no- one has that sort of power.

This was very interesting!

What if you WERE controlling the future with your thoughts. Maybe you arn't knowing the future in advance, rather creating the future.. hmm. You would definitely have to have a lot of power. I do believe people can control things with their thoughts, but I didn't think to THIS extent. Kind of like.. people try to prove god exists and does answer prayers because someone might have a deadly illness no one has lived through and an entire church will pray for the person to live and they come out completely healthy. They say it's a miracle from god, but what if we can simply control things by huge masses WANTING it to happen. I believe the sky would turn purple if every human on this planet was currently wishing it to happen? That would kind of have to be a global thing though...

Just felt like sharing some of my thoughts Wink and I'm aware some people will find me crazy!
