ugh ive paid so many tickets since ive been with travis its unreal. infact we have one due on the 13th....

Verbal warning. He said it would have been about a $160 ticket. I haven't been pulled over in like a YEAR, and have had no light violations, so that's probably why.

In other news, Nick got meds for his bipolar today

that was probably a silly thing to get pulled over for since I'm sure there are bigger things to be pulled over for though.

I hate getting pulled over! I only got pulled over once for speeding in unfit weather, and I panicked so bad that I hit the guardrail when I was getting over. Haha I think he felt bad for me cuz I was almost in tears and just gave me a warning.

I don't HATE them...I just hate being around them. I should have phrased it that way. I'm scared of cops. haha.

i get nervous too, i dont care what they are telling me, they just scare me.

It's funny because my mom has been a 911 dispatcher for 20yrs and my step-father has been a cop since I have ever known him (18yrs), and I still get nervous whenever I get pulled over. Which is weird because I have been around a fair share of officers in my lifetime.

One funny story.......way back when I was still living at home..I went out with a bunch of friends to a party. I was driving (not drinking) So on our way home I had my car pretty full and one of my friends had her head sticking out of the window because she wasn't feeling too good. Well we ended up getting pulled over, I wasn't driving bad or anything he just thought that maybe something was wrong. The funny thing though was my mom was working that night so when he radioed in to give her my plate it came back that it was me.......so she yelled at me over the radio to get my "a$$" home. My friends laughed so freaking hard at me..I actually thought it was pretty funny too and I was happy that I didn't get any sort of ticket

i just dont like the ones that give you a cocky all high and mighty attitude
but this one time
i was on my roof
and i guess one of the neighbors called the cops (yes its illigal to be on your own roof ) so the cops pull up and im on my roof
and he was like "young lady get off that roof!"
and i said "sir get off my property!"

the second i got down they had me in those plastic handcuffs (like the wrist pull ties? i dunno if anyone knows what im talking about) and he was like "i dont get paid enough to deal with a 13 yr olds smart @$$ attitude"
i didnt get in trouble for it really.

If you treat them like regular people, you'll usually get the same respect.

I'm not CRAZY about them, but I don't have many run ins with em! LOL!

lol i went off the nut at one the other night because i got a flat tyre and me and my friend were in the bad rain trying to fix it lol then the police turn up asking if everything was ok. AFTER WE FIXED THE TYRE! i was like "and couldnt you of came a little earlyer and helped us they just laughed and drove off

When I see a policeman I always feel myself looking really shifty. I can't meet their eye and I must look soooo guilty but I haven't done anything! I don't know why it is lol!
