I remember that some sickness can be
inherited to babies from their parents.
Is there any possibility that a new-born
baby inherit lung cancer from his/her
parents if either one of them has lung
cancer?

Some studies have suggested that having a
close family member (parent or relative)
who's had lung cancer doubles the risk for
the disease, even if the person doesn't
smoke.
The risk of inherited lung cancer is
greater for women than men.
They have found a chromosome that may be
responsible for lung cancer and that
chromosome can be inherited.
What's type of the lung cancer one of the
parents has?
