i'm a 20 year old, healthy female. i eat decently and i haven't eaten anything new or out of the ordinary lately. The problem is that for the past 3-4 weeks i have been getting a really bloated stomach. it doesn't hurt and i don't have gas or anything digestion related and im not pregnant or anything. In the morning im fine, but by mid afternoon my stomach just seems to become bloated with whatever i eat, even if its a small amount. Ive been really annoyed with it and have been going to the gym alot more than usual to try and make it go away. ive been doing sit ups and what not as well, but it doesnt seem to be working? i have no idea why my stomach is doing this. anyone help??? it makes me feel really uncomfortable and depressed...

I feel the same way. I am not pregnant havent been anything out of the normal. I get bloated, and I am not very hungry. I wake up and already feel bloated. I try not to drink carbonated drinks or anything that would upset it, but nothing seems to work

It could be that you don't eat breakfast in the morning and that your eating really quickly when it comes to meals in the afternoon which is causing your stomach to feel bloated an uneasy. Any physical activity usually aleviate any type of stress of the stomach it helps with your metabolism. However you should see a general doctor if the situation persists.
