Hi Stan, I notice in your diet you dont mention the use of GLYCERIN for the withdrawal of sugar and carbohyrdrate in your diet, any reason why, or oyu not aware that it can help a little for people starting out on hypoglycemic diet.?? Also why do you reccomend against black peppar?

Black pepper is just a suggestion, because in extreme cases when you're just starting out, anything that lowers the glucose level, even a little, can be a problem. Glycerin is fine I guess, but I prefer natural sweeteners like xylitol because glycerin is not natural at all.
