Q: Pain In Testicles

This only happens once every 3- 6 months, I get a pain in me right testicle and it stays for hours and it looks like theres a vein or suffin runnin from me right testicle up to top of me penis to the right and it looks swollen and its sore to touch, anyone any ideas ?

I don't know what it could be but I would definately see a doctor if it is painful.
