Q: Smoking & exercise

Does 1 hour of exercise eliminate some of the harm done to your body when you smoke? Let's say smoking half a pack a day....

Also, can exercise hurt when you're trying to stop smoking?

Mow much exercise is ideal when you've stopped?

Exercise can be good or bad. It can make you fatigued, so you have to work out and see how you feel. Smoking is dangerous no matter what, exercise doesn't change that. If you take a good multivitamin, you should be able to fight cravings well.
