well my question is if its normal to get your period twice a month. i got my period on jan. 2 and then on jan.28

That is totally normal. A woman's cycle is on average 28 days long. A month is on average about 30 days long, so many women have a period twice in a month!! Don't use the calendar to guage your period in that way. Instead, count how many days are in between each period, and that is how long your cycle is. It has nothing to do with a calendar month.
