does working out decrease your alcohol
tolerance? been wondering about this for

No it increases it.
There are many things that effect alcohol
tolerance, and one of them is body type.
Ever wondered why girls get drunk
easier?.. It's because generally girls
have a higher percentage of body fat
opposed to males. Body fat come into the
equation because that means there is less
water held in the person. 60 to 75 percent
of muscle is water, so a muscular person
has a higher percentage of body water to
balance out alcohol.

I have a reasonable fitness level ... run
every day for 1 - 2 hours and visit the
gym 2 times a week for high intensity work
outs ....nothing impressive but i'm hardly
unfit
and yeah takes quite a bit to get me drunk
..pity it'd be cheaper to be a light
weight
