so im going on nuvaring soon. hopefully within the next couple of days when i start my period, and my boyfriend doesnt want to have to keep using condoms. he HATES them. Confused

i still want another backup method to go along with the birth controll...
whats the best kinds of spermacides and how do you use them? what would you recommend?
please help!
